The Media Council for Self-Regulation received a complaint from B. Tusevljak regarding the work of TV Nova M. The complaint was sent from the email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The complaint stated the following:

"Nova M constantly does not broadcast or cuts programs as they see fit. Not broadcasting programs according to schedule is unprofessional, but not airing entire programs, cutting them, and showing only parts of programs is unacceptable and unforgivable. It is not enough that they bombard the public with numerous Turkish series, now they will also cut the programs. Next time I will contact the regulatory authorities of Montenegro, as they have long not deserved the national frequency."

Since this complaint was unclear in many aspects, the Media Council contacted the complainant for clarification. Specifically, it was not clear which programs B. Tusevljak was referring to or what exactly he considered unprofessional. Even after two follow-up messages, no response or additional clarification was provided by the complainant.

Based on all of the above, the Complaints Committee of the Media Council for Self-Regulation decided at the session held on 21 March 2025 to reject this complaint due to insufficient information provided to make a decision.
